just working on my fitness, he’s my witness…. Thanks Fergie, for just ONE of the best workout songs. I’ve included it for your viewing and listening pleasure… def read the rest of the post though… serious business about 2 new machines I tried tonight at NYSC; the AMT and the Wave.
So, in an attempt to mix up my cardio, which according to a couple of trainers at the gym you should do for no more than 30 minutes daily, I jumped on a different machine that I’ve been interested in trying.
Side note: these machines at NYSC are monsters compared to the ones at Planet Fitness (sorry PF!) (simple treadmills and ellipticals), these things have you suspended in air… walking and running with awesome resistance and more.
Jumped on the AMT first, jesus… what a workout, for just 30 mins, I sweat more than I did on the regular elliptical for the same amount of time! This guy worked my tummy, arms, legs, butt, the whole package. Great machine. You can change your stride as you go with increasing resistant as well. By definition:

The Wave, was another I’d caught a glimpse of… another machine that customizes your movements… it’s like skiing. VERY cool. Hard on the legs, butt and depending on how you hold the bars, your tummy!
Will def get on these again… great to have options!!
